Royals to invest in India?

An Indian business newspaper has a story that Thai and Dubai royals are to invest Rs. 20,000 crore (we are told this means add 7 zeros!) in an integrated housing, hotel and amusement park development over 20,000 acres in Kolar district, Karnataka State. There’s not much detail, except for statements that protesting farmers will lose their land (that at least fits with previous royal investments and state gifts to them in Thailand).
