Whose party?

Bangkok Post writer Voranai Vanijaka said it and we can’t but repeat it in a very short post:
The Democrat Party is a strong institution with a long tradition. It is backed by an even stronger institution with an even longer tradition.
Both institutions are probably the weakest they have been for some time….
