Readers tell PPT that on 20 February 2012, yet another bail application by lese majeste victim Somyos Prueksakasemsuk has been refused.
His trial dates as currently set are 18-21 April, 24-26 April, and 1-4 May. Somyos has now been in prison since 30 April 2011, meaning that he will have been in custody for more than a year by the time his hearings are completed.
