The delayed decision by public prosecutors regarding Sondhi Limthongkul’s lèse majesté charges was due on Tuesday, Bangkok time (The Nation, 29 June 2009).
Sondhi, a PAD leader, is accused of repeating remarks made by Da Torpedo, Darunee. The prosecutors were meant to provide their decision on 28 April, but this was postponed following the assassination attempt on Sondhi.
