In the Prachatai story cited in an earlier PPT post, the details of state prosecutors charges against Surachai Danwattananusorn faces are listed. We reproduce that below. It is clear that Surachai, now in his late 60s, faces the prospect of spending the rest of his life in jail. International attention needs to be directed to this case.
