In many media reports, it was variously stated that “actual election campaigning will not be allowed until Jan 2 when a royal decree calling for the Feb 24 poll is published in the Royal Gazette.”

We looked at the Royal Gazette early 3 January, Bangkok time, and could not find any announcement. What does a delay mean?
